• Increase After-School Enrichment and Youth Development Programs: Enhance youth development and prevention programs through expanded after-school enrichment activities.

• Strengthen Community Resources at North Wilmington Library: Facilitate community partnerships and bring essential resources to the new North Wilmington Library.​

• Lead the Resilient Wilmington Initiative: Champion efforts to reduce and prepare for the impacts of climate change.

​

• Reestablish Community Civic Groups and Block Captains: Restore civic groups and block captains building transparency with monthly 1st District meetings and responsive constituent services.​

• Support the North Market Street Reinvestment Project: Advocate for the North Market Street Reinvestment Project to revitalize a vibrant business corridor.

• Support District-driven Land Bank Development: Help promote an affordable housing plan.

​

• ​Invest in Community Gardens and Urban Agriculture: Ensure green spaces/ parks are maintained and safe, while supporting sustainable agriculture and local food systems.

• Increase Services and Protections for Seniors:  Provide robust services, protections, and support for our senior community members. Support lifelong learning and continuing education for all residents.

• Enhance Community Policing:  Boost community policing initiatives to build trust between law enforcement and residents.
